Sabrina Saulnier
REALTOR at Red Post Realty · Co-founder of Seacoast Local Loop
Sabrina was raised in Portland, Maine, and has called Portsmouth home since 2018 - so both sides of the Piscataqua are personal territory. She's a licensed real estate agent at Red Post Realty in Portsmouth and one half of the couple behind Seacoast Local Loop. She and her husband Jared live in Portsmouth's West End - the walkable, still-local side of the city where new restaurants and shops seem to open monthly. Jared grew up in Stratham and Exeter and has lived on the Seacoast most of his life, so between the two of them the guides cover this region from actual experience, not research trips.
They started the site because they kept fielding the same questions from friends, clients, and the travelers they host in their own downtown Portsmouth rentals: what's happening this weekend, where should we eat, and increasingly, what would it take to live here? The answer became a community project - a site about the people and places that make the Seacoast worth showing up for.
The real estate answer to that last question became the Moving to the Seacoast guides - a plain-English series on the towns, the prices, the taxes, and the trade-offs, written the way she explains it on the phone. The market figures in those guides are researched from public data and official town sources, and reviewed regularly (last reviewed July 2026).
Off the clock she's reading at the beach, out on a stand-up paddle board, jogging the neighborhood, or working her way through the Seacoast's food and drink scene - all under the supervision of Marshall, a senior cat with strong opinions. If you're thinking about buying, selling, or just Seacoast-curious, reach out - the first conversation is always free and never a sales pitch.
